Burg Gusinde - Central Strip Namibia
Situated high in the Otjihavera Mountains north east of Winhoek affording a spectacular 360-degree view over the mountains is Burg Gusinde an exclusive hunting and guest lodge built in authentically Namibian architectural style. Guests are accommodated in three double en-suite guestrooms and a spacious apartment, and served impeccable cuisine.
The grand Trophy Hall, a large circular rim-flow pool that mirrors the sky and surrounding scenery and an eclectic combination of modern and antique furniture give visitors a glimpse of the grand lifestyle once enjoyed in the colonial homesteads of the former South West Africa. Activities offered include horse riding, hunting safaris (excellent kudu trophies after 5 years of no hunting), bow hunting, nature walks, game drives in an open vehicle (giraffe, blue wildebeest, red hartebeest, kudu, gemsbok, springbok, warthog and klipspringer), quad-biking, helicopter flips, airstrip and fully equipped conference facilities for up to ten people.
