The Chandelier Restaurant
Operating hours are as follows : dinner 19h00 - 21h00. Dinner is a four course set menu. Enjoy candlelit dinners and a fine selection of wines.
Hacketts Poolside Restaurant
Breakfast is served between 7h30 - 9h30 from a buffet or an A la Carte menu.
Light lunches are served off the Terrace Menu at the Pool or in the lounge.
The Owl and Trout Bar
Operating hours are from 17h30 till late. This bar has a wonderfully warm atmosphere and has its own fireplace.
The Prospector Bar
Situated adjacent to the swimming pool. Operating hours are from 11h00 till 17h30.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The Sheba Room
This spacious circular room seats up to 150 people and is separate from the main hotel building.
