Swaziland Horse Trails
"The Wildebeest bull snorted and the herd charged off, disturbing the zebra, who until now had given scant interest to our slow approach. Turning, stripes crossing and uncrossing, they passed mere metres from us. A bee-eater swooped from its perch to hunt disturbed insects, a flash of green and red. My horse continued steadily through the long grass, its rhythmic gait lulling my senses as we crossed the valley toward the towering mountains. Behind us thatched mud huts faded into the distance"
