Please be advised that Patricia Martin and I sincerely appreciate your tireless ef forts to make our visit to South Africa a most memorable one. We both agree that our most recent trip to South Africa has been our best holiday yet. We have traveled to 5 continents and South Africa is now at the top of the list. I know this is in part because of you and your ear to listen to our wants and needs while in your beautiful country. Your employer is very fortunate to have you on staff. We really appreciate your responding to our every request. You gave us many choices to choose from to make this the ideal trip and it was indeed. Making my own travel arrangements without knowing my travel agent or the agency was truly a first for me and I was not disappointed in you or African Travel Gateway. I had 3 agencies to choose from and I chose African Travel Gateway. More than happy that I chose African Travel Gateway.
Thanks for listening to me when we had a problem with our tourguide at the airport in Cape Town. Truly he was not capable of giving us the excitement and Knowledge of Cape Town (as Graham, the replacement, kudos to Graham). On our free day, we got to visit Robben Island and Victor Verster. Words are inadequate to express our gratitude to African Travel for such a wonderful experience. We were so blessed to have been in Cape Town at that time. The timing of our return to JoBerg made it possible for us to attend a “celebration of life” event for Mr. Mandela and that was a special treat.
Cathy, the trip you planned for us was one in a million. The safari was excellent!! We got to see 4 of the big 5. All of the hotels were good. Our favorite was “African Rock”. The staff was EXCELLENT.
All and all, we want to thank you and African Travel Gateway for an excellent vacation.
