Hi Lize

Short answer – a superb holiday; organisation impeccable, game viewing excellent and varied, accommodation luxurious. Food abundant, varied and really nice. Staff extremely pleasant and were always there for us. All but one of our guides were great and the other was still good but a little tired.

OR Tambo very welcome and pleasant.

Royal Tree Lodge inviting and a nice place for a stopover. Some game inside the enclosure and nice walks.

Xigera was excellent. Most viewing from the river but worthwhile dry land activity as well.

Selinda was the most varied of all camps. Our guide was a cat man and we saw lots of action. Lovely food, breads and cakes.

Pride of Zambezi was a nice break and very good. Couldn’t believe the number of elephants visible but we saw many other things.

Victoria Falls Safari Lodge was excellent, luxurious and very cosy. Food, staff and outlook all you could ask.

Davison’s Lodge was great and brought back memories of our last stay next door. Ann’s favourite on tour.

David Livingstone Lodge was the only slight disappointment of the trip. Check-in staff were excellent but general staff weren’ t that interested. Food was ok but not up to the standards elsewhere.

Lion Camp is impressive and away from most game drives. Lots happened including a lion kill between 2 lodges early one morning.

Chichele – again great. Plenty to see, nice atmosphere and staff.

Kasaka River Lodge - Hippo pod – what a shock. The four of us treated like royalty with totally personal service. A magnificent way to end. By the way the canoe ride was wonderful and very easy.

Thanks for your efforts – everything went so smoothly. The travel organisation was impeccable – people always looking for and after us.
