Six Night, 3 Country Safari to Zambia, Botswana & Namibia
This exciting six night safari, starts and ends in Johannesburg and takes in Victoria Falls, the Chobe National Park and the Caprivi Strip as the highlights. In the process we cover 3 countries and stay in some fine safari lodges and tented camps. We can esily add to this trip, extensions to the Okavango Delta, or simply extend the nights spent at a specific lodge.
Day 01 & 02 Johannesburg - Stanley Safari Lodge (Zambia)
This morning you board your flight in Johannesburg for Livingstone, Zambia.
On arrival you will be met and transferred to the Stanley Safari Lodge where you spend (2) nights on a full board basis. The Stanley Safari Lodge is an intimate luxury safari lodge located 3 kilometers upstream from the Victoria Falls on the Zambian bank of the Zambezi River. An ideal base from which to explore the Victoria Falls area and its many activities.
Your stay includes: All meals, Tour of the Victoria Falls (Zambian side), a village tour, drinks on activities, Laundry & House wine during dinner
Day 03 & 04 Stanley Safari Lodge - Elephant Valley Lodge (Botswana)
This morning you are transferred by road to the Kazangula Border, where you board a boat for your transfer across the Zambezi River to Botswana, at the geographical point where four countries meet (Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe & Namibia). On arrival on the Botswana side you are transferred by road to the Elephant Valley Lodge where you spend (2) nights on a fully inclusive basis. The Elephant Valley Lodge is a beautifully set luxury tented safari camp, located in the Kasane Forest Reserve, near to the Chobe National Park.
Your stay includes: All meals, tea/coffee & snacks, twice daily game viewing activity i.e. morning boat cruise & afternoon game drive in Chobe National Park, Park Fees, Drinks on Activities & Laundry
Day 5 & 6 Elephant Valley Lodge - Impalila Island Lodge (Namibia)
This morning you are transferred by road to Kasane Immigration for your boat transfer across the Chobe River to Impalila Island which is part of Namibia. Here you clear immigration and then continue by boat to the Impalila Island Lodge where you spend (2) nights on a fully inclusive basis. Impalila Island Lodge is set on the island that forms the eastern most point of Namibia’s Caprivi Strip, a point from which one can see four countries from one place!
Your stay Includes: All meals, teas/coffee & snacks, transfers to/from Kasane Immigration, 1 x Chobe River cruise which can be taken on either day, Park Fees, Drinks on activities, Laundry and a choice of 1 activity per day from the following: Zambezi Sunset Cruise, Guided Walk, Cultural Tour or Fishing (fly fishing equipment not included)
Day 7 Impalila Island Lodge - Johannesburg
This morning you will be transferred by light aircraft back to Livingstone Airport in Zambia, in time for your outbound flight to Johannesburg.
