4 Day Victoria Falls Tour

The 4 Day Victoria Falls tour is an ideal extension to a larger South African safari. It can be slotted in at the beginning, middle or end. This tour to Victoria Falls allows you to not only visit the falls and the typical highlights of a Victoria Falls itinerary, but gives a spare day during whichyou can sample one or more of the many adventure activities available at Victoria Falls, such as bungi jumping, white water rafting, horse back rides, elephant back safaris and more,

Day 01 - Johannesburg to Victoria Falls

Today you board your flight in Johannesburg for Victoria Falls. On arrival at Victoria Falls, you will be met and transferred to either the Kingdom Hotel OR the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge where you check in for (3) nights on a bed & breakfast basis.

The Kingdom Hotel is the closest hotel to the Victoria Falls. The distinctive Zimbabwean design is based on the Great Zimbabwe monument in Masvingo.  The Kingdom’s total room complement is 300 in separate two and three storey units.  An attractive water feature in the form of a man made lake gives the hotel bedrooms the impression of having been built on the edge of the lake. Each room has the following facilities: Satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning, overhead fans, 24 hour room service and laundry facilities.

The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is set high on a plateau, which forms a natural boundary to the adjacent Zambezi National Park, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is ideally located just four kilometres from the majestic Victoria Falls. The lodge is westward facing with an onsite waterhole, which attracts a wide variety of game throughout the year, ensuring year-round stunning sunsets and magical views of unspoilt bushveld. Rising up around existing trees and natural landscape, this 72-bedroomed newly refurbished Lodge is a testament to eco-friendly design and prides itself on exceptional hospitality and food. Perfectly positioned as a central hub for the surrounding African holiday experiences, excursions and adrenaline-pumping activities, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is the preferred host in Victoria Falls.

Day 02 - Full day of activities at Victoria Falls

After breakfast depart on a guided tour of the Falls and traditional village. Here you will view the spectacular Devil’s Cataract, Main Falls as well as the Horseshoe Falls. At the village you will have the opportunity to purchase some of Zimbabwe’s arts and crafts. In the afternoon you will be collected for a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River including drinks (beer and wine) and light snacks.

Day 03 - Day at leisure

Today you have the full day at your leisure to sample some of the many other exciting activities available at Victoria Falls. These could include: flights over the falls, canoe safaris, white water rafting, horse back safaris, elephant back safaris and many more.

Day 04 - Victoria Falls to Johannesburg

This morning you will be collected from the hotel and transferred to the airport for your outbound flight, back to Johannesburg.
