With only 23 suites surrounding the original thatched homestead, guests are assured of personalized, first-class service in a warm and relaxing environment. Antique-filled lounges and a candlelit dining room can be found in the 100 year old, South African, main house.
Memorable cuisine accompanied by a select choice of rare wines is assured each evening, whilst forest walks and poolside relaxation set the general daytime theme. Tennis, horse-riding and golf on five nearby courses can all be arranged. The beaches of Plettenberg Bay are just 10 minutes drive away, whilst Knysna, Oudtshoorn and Tsitsikamma are all within easy reach.

In the extensive gardens surrounding the manor house are 23 luxurious cottages & suites, each individually decorated and designed for the absolute comfort and privacy one would expect from a Relais & Chateaux property.
The Orchard and Garden Suites boast open fireplaces and private patios. The five Premier Suites offer even greater seclusion and space. The Forest Suite and two smaller classic suites have four-poster beds and private swimming pools.
