Accommodated Overland Tours are basically the same as the Camping Overland Tours, offering the same level of excitement and adventure you’d expect from a tour or safari in Africa. The main difference being you will sleep in a proper bed and not in a tent. The type of accommodation used on each overland tour varies between each African destination and can make use of hotels, hostels, chalets, lodges, permanent tented safari camps and traditional huts. Certain departure dates operate on as “small group departures”, on these specific departures group sizes are no larger than 12 passengers, and as a result there is a supplement to the cost, please ask your consultant.
