Hop on your flight from Johannesburg to Skukuza Airport where you will be collected by your guide from Lion Sands River Lodge. Enjoy your transfer to the lodge as you will be passing through the Kruger National Park and into the Lions Sands Game Reserve, the game viewing starts as soon as you land.
Lion Sands River Lodge is built on the banks overlooking the Sabie River. Each room has gorgeous views of the African savannah, and you can even spot some animals right from your private deck.
Your typical day on safari will start with a light breakfast followed by a morning game drive or walking safari. You will then head back to the lodge for a late brunch and the afternoon is spent at your leisure. You will head out on an afternoon game drive around 4 pm, have some sundowners along the way and head back to camp as the sun is setting in time for dinner around the boma.
Today you will be transferred to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport in time for your flight to Maputo. On arrival at Maputo International Airport a representative from White Pearl Resort will meet you and you will be transferred to the White Pearl Resort in Southern Mozambique.
Situated on Mozambique’s breathtaking Lagoon Coast, White Pearl Resort is the quintessential location for that relaxing or adventurous beach holiday. The resort only has 22 suites each with beautiful views over the coastal landscapes.
Your next few days are spent at leisure exploring the beaches and taking in the stunning scenery of the area.
With all the superb activities on offer at White Pearl you can be sure that your days will be full of adventure and relaxation. From snorkelling, diving, shoreline fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking, to beach picnics and or a relaxing treatment at the White Pearl Spa (by Amani Spa).
Today marks the end of your unforgettable safari and beach holiday. You will be transferred to Maputo Airport in time for your flight to Johannesburg where you will continue on your onward journey with some wonderful memories to take home.
