Day 01

Johannesburg to Victoria Falls

Today your adventure begins as you depart from OR Tambo International Airport and fly north to Victoria Falls Airport. After landing, you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to Victoria Falls River Lodge, where you’ll spend the next two nights in luxury tented accommodation on the edge of the Zambezi River.

The lodge combines the charm of canvas with upscale comfort—spacious tents feature private decks, plunge pools in selected units, air-conditioning, and beautiful views over the river and surrounding wilderness. Wildlife such as elephants, hippos, and a variety of birdlife are often seen from camp, adding to the immersive atmosphere. Day 02

Tour of Victoria Falls

After breakfast, you’ll set out on a guided tour of Victoria Falls, exploring some of its most iconic viewpoints. Your guide will lead you to the thundering Devil’s Cataract, the powerful Main Falls, and the sweeping Horseshoe Falls, each offering a different perspective of this natural wonder and the incredible spray, sound, and scale that make it so unforgettable.
In the afternoon, you will be collected for a relaxing sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, one of the most scenic experiences in the region. As you drift along the river, enjoy complimentary drinks and light snacks while watching the sky change colour. Keep an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, and elephants along the riverbanks as the sun dips below the horizon—an idyllic way to end the day.

Day 03

Victoria Falls to Chobe

This morning you’ll be collected from your hotel and transferred to the northern border of Botswana to clear customs before continuing to Chobe Safari Lodge, where you will spend the next two nights on a full-board basis. Your stay includes two afternoon boat cruises and two morning game drives, offering excellent opportunities to experience the abundant wildlife of the region. Additional activities can easily be arranged directly at the lodge if you wish to further enhance your safari experience.

Beautifully positioned at the western edge of Kasane and bordering Chobe National Park, Chobe Safari Lodge overlooks the tranquil Chobe River and the vast Chobe floodplains. The lodge’s viewing deck and swimming pool area provide stunning vantage points where guests can often spot elephants, hippos, antelope, and a variety of birdlife without ever leaving the property. Day 04

Chobe Safari Lodge

Your day is spent enjoying the incredible wildlife and scenery surrounding Chobe Safari Lodge and the breathtaking Chobe National Park. With its position along the Chobe River, the lodge offers easy access to a wide range of safari activities. You can choose to join additional boat cruises that bring you close to elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and vibrant birdlife along the riverbanks, or head out on guided game drives to explore the park’s famous concentrations of wildlife.
For a different perspective, you can book nature walks or try your hand at fishing on the river. Whether you spend the day cruising the waterways, tracking animals on land, or simply relaxing and taking in the views, Chobe offers an unforgettable and activity-rich safari experience.

Day 05

Chobe to Johannesburg

This morning, after enjoying breakfast at Chobe Safari Lodge, you will be collected and transferred directly to Kasane International Airport. Here you’ll board your outbound flight to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, marking the end of your journey as you continue onward with lasting memories of your time in Botswana and Zimbabwe.
